No aids are permitted in the exam (including calculators).
For relevant libc functions, manpages will be handed out with the exam (see table below)].
Bonus Points
General
Bonus points are awarded exclusively for the points achieved in the exercises in the SS 2024; it is not possible to use points from prior SLP courses.
The bonus points do not influence the grading scale applied, but are added to the regular exam points after the correction of passed exams. Bonus points can be used to achieve a maximum of 10% of the maximum exam points (for example, up to 9 points for a total exam score of 90 points).
As the name bonus points suggests, bonus points make it possible to improve the grade of a passed exam, but are not decisive for passing the exam.
The pass mark must therefore always be achieved with regular exam points.
You can retrieve the bonus points you have collected in the SPiC exercises in the Waffel-System after logging in.
If there are any discrepancies, please contact the mailing list i4slp-orga@lists.cs.fau.de.
SLP
In order to receive bonus points, a minimum of 50% of the exercise points are required. From this lower threshold, the bonus points are increased linearly up to 80% of the achievable examination points.
Starting with this upper threshold, you will receive the full bonus points if you pass the exam.
Points are rounded to half points.
Old Exams
Here you will find links to pdf documents with the tasks for the SLP, GSPiC, SPiC and InfoEEI exams from July 2024.
We deliberately do not provide sample solutions. We would like you to read the old exams for revision yourself or together with fellow students. Questions should then be discussed in the blackboard exercises or in person with one of the lecturers.
